PRESS RELEASE: An Evening With Glen Little

The former Reading FC winger Glen Little makes a welcome return to Reading when he appears at the RYND, 11 Castle Street, Reading on Thursday, 14 May at 8pm.

The evening, 'An Evening with Glen Little', is the latest in a series of very popular social events organised by the Reading FC Former Players’ Association. Football fans will get the chance to ask Glen questions in an exclusive question and answer session hosted by former Reading FC captain and Wales international Ady Williams.

Glen is widely regarded as one of the main reasons behind Reading's record breaking 106-point Championship lifting 2005–06 season, with Little scoring five goals and setting up fourteen, more than any other player in the league that season.

Richard Wickson, Chairman of the Reading FC FPA, says, "It will be a great evening. Glen is very popular with the Reading fans. He is a very likeable, amiable man and very amusing"

Tickets for this event are available at £20 from the Reading FC Former Players’ website at www.readingfcformerplayers.co.uk/events

The ticket includes a Fish and Chip supper. Also, fans will get the chance of winning a Reading FC shirt signed by the 2014/15 championship and FA Cup semi-final squad in a raffle draw.

The Former Players’ Association are looking for sponsors or joint-sponsors for the event. If you can help or wish to speak to Chairman, Richard Wickson, you can contact him either by phone on 0118 9724473 or by email on richard@readingfcformerplayers.co.uk
