Having come through Reading's Academy program, Alex made his first ream appearance as non-playing substitute at in -----------------

By the end of that season he made 2 apperances, but opportunities in the first team was limited to positiond on the subs bench.

Eventually he left to join Carlisle United in 2003 and remained at the club untill a major injury caused him to retire from the professional game in 2004.

In 2005, in attempt to resarect his career he joined Vancauver Whitecaps in Canada.

Later that year he returned to England to study Sports rehabilitation specialist. He repsented England Universaties students team and the England Futsal teams during
2005 and 2008. During which time he played for Slogh Town and Eastleigh.

He is now a Rehabilitation Specialist and part-time lecturer at the University of Chichester.
